Training
Leicester Triathlon Club supports a range of training events throughout the week, both during the winter and summer months. Our sessions are run by trained BTF coaches and is supported by the club coaching plan. For all the club training sessions please refer to the events page of the website. If you need help with your swimming then the club puts on two coached swim sessions throughout the year. One based at New Parks Leisure Centre and the other is at Enderby Leisure Centre.
For training with running the club has a track session that is coached by a person with a wealth of experience. As well as the track session each week there is a structured run session based at Kirby Muxloe & cross country session through Bradgate Park.
For core strength and general conditioning then there’s a crossfit class. This class is based on circuit training with a focus on triathletes.
