Open Water Swimming

We run open water swimming at King Lear Lake , Watermead Park, Syston. The open water sessions will run from May until the end of October. (Please also check the General chat section on the forum for further details about spotting etc)

The sessions will be Sat 0730-0930 and Wed evening 1830-2030.

There is no charge for these sessions but you have to be a member of the club to swim for insurance purposes and as a condition set by the Council. We have also introduced a £2 one off payment at your first swim to help pay towards the monthly water testing.
